Shirley Heinze Land Trust

Shirley Heinze Land Trust, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was established in 1981 as a charitable trust to preserve and protect the unique ecosystems of the Indiana Dunes region. We acquire and preserve natural lands throughout Northwest Indiana. We also offer educational programs to inform the public about our area’s rich natural history, and we provide numerous volunteer opportunities.
