The Indiana legislature passed Senate Bill 309 earlier in 2017. It changed the arrangement by which home owners are reimbursed for the excess electricity that their solar installations generate. That changes December 31, 2017. Five years later it will change again, challenging the ROI and incentives for Hoosier to adopt solar.
